Our perfumes are formulated as high-concentration Extrait de Parfum, offering rich sillage, superior depth, and long-lasting performance on both skin and fabrics.

Q. How long do the scents last?

Due to our high fragrance oil concentration, our Extrait de Parfum creations typically last between 8 to 12+ hours depending on skin chemistry, application points, and climate.

Q. How should I store my perfume bottle?

Store your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations to preserve the integrity of the fragrance oils over time.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan as well as direct Online Bank Transfers at checkout.

Q. How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within Karachi take 2 to 3 business days. Orders for major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.) take 3 to 5 business days.

Q. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier link will be sent to you via SMS/Email. You can also monitor your package through our website's Track Your Order page.

Q. What should I do if my perfume arrives damaged?

Please report damaged or leaking bottles within 48 hours of delivery with photos/unboxing videos to contact@humraaz.co. We will arrange a fresh replacement immediately.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications or cancellations are possible within 2 hours of order placement. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified.
