1. General Use & Online Store

By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities.

2. Products & Pricing

• Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, box details, and descriptions of our Extrait de Parfum creations as accurately as possible.
• Pricing: All prices listed on humraaz.co are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Availability: All fragrance offerings are subject to batch stock availability. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities per customer or household.

3. Orders & Payment Refusal

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Humraaz reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at any time due to stock depletion, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent payment/delivery details.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom artwork, typography, logo design, bottle rendering, brand names, and website media are the exclusive intellectual property of Humraaz. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized commercial use of any asset without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Humraaz shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, improper storage, or unexpected delivery delays caused by third-party logistics services.
