At Humraaz, we strive to deliver your luxury Extrait de Parfum safely and swiftly. Every order is carefully packaged to maintain the highest elegance and product safety standards during transit across Pakistan.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 24 to 48 hours after order placement (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number via Email/WhatsApp.
2. Delivery Timelines
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through courier partners:
- Karachi: 2 to 3 business days.
- Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
- Remote & Rural Areas: 4 to 6 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee applies to all standard domestic orders at checkout.
- Free Delivery Promotion: Free shipping may apply on promotional offers or orders exceeding specified thresholds.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking ID and courier link will be shared with you. You can easily monitor your shipment status via our website's Track Your Order page or directly on the courier partner's tracking portal.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Inspection
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay the full invoice amount to the courier representative before opening the sealed delivery package. If you notice severe outer package damage upon arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
